Near Northern Avenue southbound on Loop 101 the driver fell off his motorcycle onto the highway road at about 10:30 p.m. He had been attempting to regain control of it, when it ejected him onto the middle lane. A semi-truck did not avoid the fallen motorcyclist and struck him. It fled the scene, leaving the fallen man lying on the center lane. As traffic slowed down to avoid hitting the injured victim, a teal-colored sedan drove around traffic, struck the victim and drove off.
The victim was found dead at the scene.
Police are searching for anyone who has further information regarding the sedan or the semi-truck that fled the scene. Investigators are processing parts of teal vehicle left at the scene and further investigating the scene. The name of the victim will be released once his kin are notified.
