Yuma, AZ (December 1, 2018)- A rode-rage shooting left 2 people injured in Yuma Arizona on Saturday December 1st. The incident was reported to the Yuma County Sheriffs that there had been a possible road-rage incident with a dark-colored jeep Cherokee and white Ford F-150. The incident took place near the interstate 8 and Fortuna Road at around 11:00 a.m. Police reported that the driver in the Ford, 29-year old Randy Munoz, had fired shots into the Jeep Cherokee.
Munoz then fled the scene and left the 2 passengers in the Jeep shot and injured. The 2 passengers were both transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center and then flown to a Phoenix hospital. Shortly afterwards, they were able to find Randy Munoz near his home in Yuma and was arrested. Munoz is facing 2 counts of attempts of Homicide and 4 counts of aggravated assault.
