Bullhead City, NV – A boating collision involving two watercrafts left four people injured Saturday morning on the Colorado River.

A rental boat was heading northbound on the river, it was being navigated by a 16-year old, when it was rear-ended by another boat. The other boat, also a rental, was being navigated by an 18-year old man that was following too close behind. The accident occurred near the Laughlin Bridge.
Four out of the five people involved in the accident suffered minor to moderate injuries. The most serious happened to one of the passengers broke his leg. Other injuries were sprained wrists, backs, and headaches. The victims were transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center where they were treated.
The accident remains under investigation. No police citations were issued.
