A 19-year old was driving his Jeep Cherokee on the wrong side of the road when he crashed into an oncoming Chevrolet Impala in Havasu.

The accident occurred Friday on Gold Spring Road near Red Rock Road. The SUV was substantially traveling on the wrong side of the road before the head-on collision occurred.
When Lake Havasu City Fired Department arrived, they found the Impala teetering over a 100 foot drop and the Cherokee laying on its top.
The driver of the SUV had to be airlifted and transported to a Las Vegas hospital. He is in critical condition. He was carrying four passengers who suffered only minor injuries. The driver of the Impala, who was also airlifted to a hospital, is in good condition.
