Phoenix, AZ (December 1, 2018)- A man is dead after crashing his vehicle into a Phoenix suburban house Saturday evening December 1st. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. near 7th Avenue and Indian School Road when Phoenix Police Department was summoned to reports that the driver of the pick-up truck had fallen asleep behind the wheel and veered off the road crashing into a residential home.
A preliminary investigation suggests that the driver may have suffered a medical emergency. The driver was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. There was a female passenger in the pick-up who suffered minor injuries. Luckily no one in the house was hurt.
