Chandler, AZ – Police investigate the scene at a chiropractic office where a female employee was shot Wednesday morning.

A 46-year old woman working at a chiropractic office on Chandler Boulevard was rushed to a local hospital where she was treated for non-life threatening injuries. She was suffering from a bullet wound to her arm.
Earlier, her co-worker, a 23-year old female mishandled a .45 caliber pistol causing it to fire. The bullet drove into the victims forearm.
Police reported that the woman will not press charges on her co-worker because the fire arm discharge was accidental.
The accident remains under investigation.
